We use Umami, a privacy-conscious analytics tool, to understand aggregated traffic patterns (such as pages viewed and rough geographic region). Umami runs on infrastructure provided by Answorth (analytics.answorth.com). The site loads Umami's JavaScript (https://analytics.answorth.com/script.js) together with our website identifier.

Umami is designed to prioritise aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics over mainstream advertising trackers. Policies and cookie behaviour may evolve; see Umami's own documentation if you wish to understand their model in depth. Our use focuses on aggregated site statistics rather than behavioural marketing profiles (for example which pages are viewed and coarse geographic summaries).

When you submit the enquiry form we collect what you supply (name, contact details, event details, notes) plus technical metadata ordinarily involved in HTTPS delivery. We process this solely to reply and to deliver our venue services unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Optional AI chat routed through Answorth-hosted infrastructure communicates with AI models overseas to answer questions about the venue and may derive lead information similar to enquiries. Threads may be logged for service quality consistent with administrator tools. Refer to enquiry contact above regarding access questions.

Some pages embed Google Maps iframes. Loading a map causes your browser to retrieve resources from Google, which processes technical identifiers (often including truncated IP-derived data — standard for map delivery).

Visiting pages that embed a map exposes you to whichever processing Google attaches to Maps embeds in your jurisdiction; refer to Google's terms and privacy documents if you would like independent detail.

Our stack may set cookies or analogous storage strictly needed for browsing (for example authenticated admin sessions unrelated to ordinary public visitors). Analytics (Umami) may use identifiers consistent with its design (often striving to minimise intrusive cookies — check Umami docs for specifics). Google Maps may set its own identifiers when iframe content loads.
